Environmental Policy

As a manufacturer specializing in automotive parts, we set the following environmental policies and goals:
This is the core of environmental management activities and all activities are carried out in accordance with this policy.

In order to achieve these environmental policies and goals, all executives and employees shall fully understand the matters prescribed by the environmental management system, endeavor, guide, and cooperate with each other to maintain them.

Safety/Health policy

1) The safety and health management system according to the standard of KOSHA 18001 shall be established to recognize that safety and health are the basic elements of the company's management and promote them as one of our top priorities.
2) Compliance with laws and regulations related to safety and health shall be the most basic foundation of all management and production activities. Safety and health shall be implemented in accordance with principles, and work shall be carried out in accordance with standards.
3) The safety and health management system shall be established based on the active participation and cooperation of all executives and employees to realize autonomous safety for each department (team).
4) Safety and health activities shall be assigned to the supervisor as one of the main points and all executives and employees shall perform their duties in accordance with the established procedures and standards.
5) In deep recognition of the fact that industrial accidents can be prevented, all company personnel shall participate actively in preventive safety and health activities, and conduct constant guidance inspections through continuous education and training and close management.

Ethical management

Increase competitiveness with transparent management for long-term growth and the benefit of the company.
To this end, the "Ethics Code" and "Ethics Rules" shall be enacted and applied to and implemented for all executives and employees.

1) The company and its employees shall do their best to satisfy customers by providing good products at reasonable prices.
2) The company and its employees seek joint interests with those who trade with them.
3) The company and its employees shall work on the basis of good faith, comply with statutes, and respect sound social customs.
4) The company and its employees shall comply with the "Ethics Rules" in order to implement the above "Ethics Code".

※Ethics rules

[1] Fair competition and prohibition of discriminatory treatment

1) All competition shall be conducted fairly within the boundaries of law and sound social customs.
2) Transactions with companies or individuals shall be conducted fairly.
3) Unreasonable discriminatory treatment shall not be tolerated for all executives and employees on the grounds of gender, educational background, religion, physical disability, and other reasons.
4) Executives and employees shall respect the privacy and dignity of other employees, and shall not engage in any acts that harass others, such as sexual harassment.

[2] Gifts and hospitality

1) Employees shall not offer or provide gifts, money or entertainment to persons or public officials related to the business of the company.
However, this shall not apply where the approval of the company is obtained and recognized by social norms.
2) Employees shall not receive entertainment, gifts, or valuables (including cash, merchandise coupons, exchange coupons, etc.) from persons related to the business of the company.
3) Money and valuables and gifts received shall be reported to the company within one week. If an executive or employee receives entertainment (including golf entertainment) from the trader in connection with his/her duties, he/she shall report it to the company within one week.

[3] Transparent management

1) The company's financial statements and its underlying accounting books and accounting records shall accurately reflect all transactions of the company in accordance with the facts and accounting principles.
2) The company's assets shall not be used for personal gain.
3) Know-how or information, which is an important asset of the company, shall not be leaked to the outside without the approval of the company, and all executives and employees shall do their best to protect it.
4) Executives and employees shall not divulge important information about the company that may affect the company's stock price or investor's decision-making without permission or use it for personal gain, such as through investment in stocks.

[4] Protection of whistle blower

1) A person who reports a violation of this Code on good faith and honesty shall be kept confidential, and nothing harmful shall be done to the person.

[5] Enforcement

1) All employees shall comply with this Ethics Code and Ethics Rules.
2) Disciplinary action may be taken against a violator of this Code and Rules in accordance with the company regulations.

[1] Code of Ethics and Ethics Guidelines Education

Since 2012, we have been continuously engaged in activities in education and public relations by creating ethics guidelines to adopt and realize the code of ethics.
All executives and employees must complete ethics education including the Code of Ethics.
All stakeholders in business relationship with us are explained of our code of ethics and commitment to ethical management, and are encouraged to participate in the efforts.
We do not tolerate corruption.
We are committed to protecting our business and our customers by being faithful and honest.

[2] Anti-corruption

We do not discriminate unreasonably in recruitment, promotion, evaluation, etc. for gender, educational background, religion, physical disability and any other reason.
We provide sensitivity education for physical disabilities, sexual harassment prevention, harassment prevention, and continuous education to all employees every year.

[3] No Child Labor

We are actively participating as a full member in RMI, an international Child Labor Free activity.
We attend the RMI conference held in India every year and try to comply with international standards.
In addition, we are conducting regular inspections, verification, and audits to ensure full CLF realization at Indian companies that deliver raw materials to us through an accredited audit organization in India.

[4] Internal Control System

We recognize that the security of trade secrets that we maintain with considerable care is an important factor in the sustainable management of our stakeholders, including our customers and others.
To this end, we are fully equipped with systematic information supplementation, physical information supplementation such as CCTV, access control facility management, and entry procedures to workplaces and strictly implement them.
In addition, we continue to emphasize that information security is key to all businesses by providing mandatory information security training for all employees.

Declaration of Human Rights

We respect the human rights of all stakeholders, as well as executives and employees, and declare public support for the human rights principles laid out by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (Ruggie Framework).
We prohibit child labor and forced labor, and prevent discrimination or unfair treatment due to reasons such as nationality, race, gender, and educational background. Various members with their own characteristics, including women, foreigners, and the disabled, are supported to fully demonstrate their abilities without disadvantages in employment, promotion, compensation, and retirement.
We are committed to ensuring that these policies are followed not only by us but also by our business partners.
We have several participation channels to prevent possible human rights violations during management activities.
Executives and employees can express their opinions to the grievance committee or quasi-crime watchdog, and stakeholders, such as partners, can express their opinions through phone calls, text messages, and online VOCs (SNS, etc.).

We operate a grievance handling system so that executives and employees can easily and comfortably receive counseling on their grievances. All grievances shall be dealt with fairly by the grievance handling committee appointed under the grievance handling regulations. A grievance message can be posted with name or anonymously.

Social conversation

In order to create a win-win corporate culture through labor-management harmony, we are promoting social dialogue between executives and employees while ensuring freedom of association. The labor-management council and the labor-management safety and health committee frequently exchange opinions and reflect the results in improving the workplace environment and working conditions.
